Refund Policy
Thank you for ordering from MossBrooks. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we process returns and refunds. This policy applies exclusively to items purchased through our website, mossbrooks.site.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
If your food order is incorrect or defective, we may offer an exchange rather than a refund. In such cases, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We'll arrange a new delivery with the correct or replacement items as soon as possible.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
